Spring is in the air in Canterbury

Spring certainly arrived today in Canterbury, the city’s cobbled streets were bustling as visitors soaked up the rays outside the many cafes and restaurants, against the backdrop of the Cathedral. A great day for my daughter to visit from London to celebrate my birthday and a lovely lunch at Deeson’s British Restaurant. The Broccolli, leek and hazelnut tart surpassed my expectations and went down very well with a chilled glass of Pinot Blanc. Girly shopping was next on the agenda at the Marlow arcade before enjoying a glass of Prosecco. Lets hope the sun is shining again tomorrow for seafood at Whitstable. With the Easter long weekend looming spring has finally sprung.

A huge thank you to all our guests who took the time to mention their stay. Your comments mean a lot to us and we hope many more visitors enjoy their stay at Bluebells.

I am also delighted that Bluebells Guest House has retained it’s 4 star grading for 2013 and not only that but in addition achieved a Silver Award from Visit Britain Quality in Tourism.
